A Unique 12 Week Experiential Learning Program
This program provides a complete view of how to design and launch a new venture, whether a simple local business, a disruptive new global business, or a new business line within an existing corporation.
Each week focuses on a single topic with 2-3 hours of online video, team exercises and a 2-hour interactive workshop. This material is augmented through access to local experts and the GIC Global Innovation Network.
After each major phase of the program, participants deliver a Gate Check to the program faculty . These presentations allow teams to demonstrate progress and ensure their venture is well developed before advancing.
The program closes with a final presentation to a panel of industry experts, investors and faculty that summarizes the work each team has completed in developing their new business venture.
Each project team will be matched with a mentor with shared interests and experience relevant to that team's venture. Mentorship is one of the most valuable components of GIC's experiential education approach.
