Absolutely! This unique experiential learning opportunity is the catalyst to ideate, innovate, and execute all creative principles of entrepreneurship. All the participants of the program are split into teams. As a program participant, you can either join someone’s team or attract the participants to work on your project.

We can’t guarantee that you will expand your business, but we can assure you that you’ll get the knowledge required to keenly examine your business practices.

The curriculum is built to launch a new business from an idea you wish to bring to market.
This course will provide an opportunity to acquire the skills for the creation of a new business or innovative product, understand the success of exponential companies approaches/tools and what ensures their growth, quickly and economically test business hypotheses and build agile processes and start using innovative techniques in work and life.

The course consists of regular weekly webinar lectures and discussions, weekly mentor team sessions, 2 gate checks, 1 final presentation.
The usual timing of the sessions is at 16:00 - 18:00 GMT. All the workshops will be recorded and shared with all the participants afterward.

You should expect to get practical knowledge of launching and running a business. If you complete all program instructional videos and team assignments, pass gate webinars, and pitch your venture during final presentations, you will receive the Stanford Center for Professional Development’s Certificate of Completion for the Idea to Market Program (I2M).
Stanford faculty have created the course videos and are often judges at the Final Presentations. When schedules allow they may appear as guest speakers at the workshops.
There is a dedicated module of Pitching and Storytelling just for that.
These sessions allow teams to demonstrate progress and ensure their venture is well developed before advancing.
Yes, each team is assigned a mentor for the duration of the course.
You will be supported by mentors, teammates, and the GIC team throughout the duration of the course.
You will have an opportunity to talk to all other participants, as well as mentors, judges, and certified program instructors.
Workshops are weekly and are approximately 2 hours each.
Once enrolled, you will be invited to a close community, integrated to the website, where you will have an opportunity to chat with other participants.
As a participant of the program, you will have an SCPD online portal to access your course materials.
The videos are viewed at a self-pace, the mentorship sessions are adjustable, but there will be compulsory sessions to attend, that cannot be changed.
The regular cohort consists of 48 people. You should expect 3-5 people in a team.
Assessment: 75% final project presentation, 15% assignments, 10% participation
At the conclusion of your 12-week program, your team will present their refined presentation pitch to a selected curated group of jury members.
There are weekly assignments per module for the duration of the 12-week course.
This course is not graded.
The teams present their ventures at the Final Presentation to the set of judges, consisting of VCs and serial entrepreneurs.
You have access to the course for 180 days from day one of your program.
English is the official language of the course.
Weekly webinar lectures and discussions, weekly individual consultations, 2 gate checks, and 1 final presentation.
You will be able to set up 1:1 meetings with the IDPs and Mentors of your cohort by connecting with our GIC team members as a liaison.
It would not be beneficial to work ahead of the course pace as each module is a critical building block to the next.
No additional course materials are required.
The standard course duration is 12 weeks
It means that you will receive a Stanford Center for Professional Development, Certification of Completion, for their participation in the GIC iX Innovation Acceleration Program.
You can list the certification on your resume as Certificate of Completion from the Stanford Center of Professional Development.
We do not offer a discount for a team however preferential selection is given to those who apply in a team.
